Refund policy
Howdy degen, if you're here, then it's probably because you have a problem you're trying to solve. I'm sorry to hear that and I'll do everything I can to make it right. We've all been there and it sucks!
Please carefully inspect every item you receive and if you notice a defect, received the wrong item or size, let me know immediately at service@lolcrypto.store
Please be mindful that the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused, with tags and in it's original packaging. So if you intend to return it, don't wear it and keep it safe from damage!
In your email to me, include the following info:
- Order No.
- Item you're having the issue with (if more than one item in the order)
- Description of the problem
- Photo of the problem
- ie. of the defect
- or the size label if it's not the size you ordered
- ie. of the defect
..and we'll go from there.
Currently, all my fulfilment, returns and refunds are handled by Printful and they stipulate a 30 day window. Don't worry, they will pay for returns if they are at fault.
If we decide the item needs to be shipped back, I'll take care of the claim and advise you of the situation and provide you with the return address. The address you return the item to will depend on which corner of meatspace world you ordered from.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unless you're in Brazil, we don't refund for "buyers remorse". So make sure you choose wisely!
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
